This is our Blüthner Style 9 Grand Piano, presented in rosewood case with 88 keys and 2 pedals. This is a lovely original, unrestored example with plenty of character and the traditional craftsmanship associated with Blüthner pianos of this period. The piano features Blüthner’s famous Aliquot stringing system, with additional sympathetic strings in the treble designed to enrich the harmonics and give the piano greater colour and resonance. It has that unmistakable warm, mellow and singing Blüthner tone, with plenty of character throughout the instrument. Remaining in unrestored condition, this piano would particularly appeal to someone looking for an older Blüthner with originality, history and personality rather than a fully rebuilt instrument. The attractive rosewood case, turned legs and traditional detailing make it a particularly handsome grand piano as well. It has been checked, tuned and prepared by our workshop team and is ready to be viewed and played in our Mansfield showroom.
